frequently asked questions

  • How do I get Cabin info, directions and the door code?
As part of our booking process, we will email you a Checklist and Cabin Information. Please make sure to go over this information before you get there so that you know what to expect when you arrive. A few days before your stay with us, we will check in via email to see if you have any questions, grab your picture ID (if we don't already have it) and a valid major credit card for incidentals. At the same time we will provide you with the door code and send any reminders or last minute updates. You can contact us anytime if you have questions. hello@logandlagoon.com

We do provide a fire pit at the Cabin but you will need to bring YOUR OWN propane if you'd like to use it. There is also a community (shared) fire pit for your use and enjoyment. You may need to light this yourself or you may find that other vacationers have already started the fire. NOTE: all Provincial fire laws and bans must be obeyed at all times. Check with the local municipalities before using.
